Artwork:

• One color imprint: Black & white camera ready art is required.
• Multi-color imprint: Color seperated art with registration marks is required.
• Art modification: Alterations to art $30.00(v) minimum per hour.

Cancellation:
Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Claims:
All claims must be made no later than 15 days afer receipt of shipment.

Export Shipment:
All orders for export requiring document will be charged $20.00(v) per set of papers.

Less Than Minimum:
Less than minimum orders may be accepted, and are subject to a LTM charge. Please call for further information.

Overruns And Underruns:
The factory reserves the right to ship up to + or - 3% of the quantity ordered.

Normal Production Time:
5 to 10 working days after proof approval. Orders without imprint, 1 to 3 days.

Phone Orders:
Must be confirmed in writing or by fax. Factory will not accept responsibility for corrections or errors on verbal orders.

Proofs:
Paper proof available in 3 to 5 days (no charge.) Preproduction sample proof: screen and set up charges, any necessary running charges, plus product cost and shipping charge. Call for furthur information.

Returns:
No returns will be accepted without factory's authorization.

Rush Imprinted Orders:
All orders that require shipping within 5 days will be subject to a $30.00(v) rush charge.

Shipping:
All prices are F.O.B. factory in CA.

Split Shipments:
Handling charge $6.00(v) per each location, plus freight.
